What does this trip program include?

Group air space blocks have been secured for this trip. Upon registration, the customer will be contacted to review the options.

Yes, Two (2) curated excursions/activities are part of the package. One (1) per adult.

Upon registering you will have the opportunity to select the excursion per guest.

Customers will have the opportunity to directly book additional excursions with our service partner, Amstar, at a special rate. Details and a booking link, including information regarding the additional cost, will be emailed to all upon availability.

Bringing more people in the same room are on a request basis only and are subject to availability.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests with a maximum of 3 adults per room (2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults and 1 Child)

Additional rate will be charged and subject to government taxes, airfare and transfer fees.
Children Hotel Policy: $90.00usd per child per day (from 3-12 years old)

Extra Adult Hotel Policy:$308usd per extra adult per day (from 13+)

There are two sides of the resort one family friendly and one  adults only with all common areas with the exception of certain areas that are for adults only.

  • Secrets Bahia Mita is an adults-only Resort, guests must be at least 18 years old to be accepted.
  • Dreams Bahia Mita is family friendly Resort.
  • No exceptions are made to this hotel policy.

Travel insurance is not included in the package. Guests wishing to obtain coverage can inquire with our travel partner for a personalized quote. Please note that any insurance purchased through our partner typically covers transportation and lodging and does not cover trip cancellation. For details on potential trip cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Yes, you may upgrade your airfare. Upgrade charges will be handled separately from group space and it will be charged accordingly – Parts Authority will only cover the “Economy” price. Guests will have to pay the upgrade via their account or a separate credit card.

Yes, customers will need a valid passport for the full duration of their stay plus they also need to obtain a Mexico Tourist Card.
If the passport is set to expire less than six months after the trip, they could be denied boarding or entry.
Mexico Tourist Card: For your customer convenience, we’re providing a link for the Mexican tourist card so they can complete the information in advance. Please have them print and bring this with them to present to the officials as you enter Puerta Vallarta.

All name changes must be received in writing and can be emailed to [email protected].  An email confirmation will be sent to the participant(s) confirming the modification(s) and fee(s) charged. Name changes can be made up to 15 business days before travel. Refer to cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our valued travelers. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Upon registration up to April 30, 2025, no penalty and will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between May 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 will be subject to a $800 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 will be subject to a $1250 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made from August 1, 2025, until the day of departure date are non-refundable.
Please note that certain components of the package, such as airfare, may have separate cancellation policies, and we recommend reviewing those terms for specific details.
